Clean Co. Services was founded to meet the growing demand for reliable commercial laundry within Southern Utah’s expanding hospitality market. With frequent guest turnover, properties require fast and consistent linen service to maintain quality and cleanliness.

We built a full-service team to provide dependable, high-quality linen care for businesses across Washington County. We wanted to help our clients stay efficient, organized, and always guest-ready.
John Sheppard
Operations Manager
Our Operations Manager, John, brings over 30 years of experience in commercial laundry, hospitality, and facility operations. He has held leadership roles including Director of Housekeeping and Laundry at Sandestin and owner/operator of Emerald Coast Linen Service, giving him deep, hands-on industry expertise.

At Clean Co. Services, John oversees daily operations, ensuring every step—from washing to delivery—is efficient, consistent, and held to the highest standards. His attention to detail helps deliver reliable, guest-ready linen services across Southern Utah.
